Linking Up: Experiencing the joy of family within a church

The need to belong is one of the deepest yearnings of a person's
heart. In Christ, we are one Body led by one Spirit. We are committed
to humility, gentleness, and patience with each other and will make
every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit of God.

Jesus and the people he makes holy all belong to the same family.  That is why he isn't ashamed to call them his brothers and sisters.  Hebrews 2:11 (CEV)

 

We belong to each other, and each of us needs all the others.  Romans 12:5 (NLT)
